Production Manager at EarthStream

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Production planning and control
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Implement and control production schedule
• Supervise and lead staff to ensure compliance with company quality standards
• Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Develop operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Housekeeping and maintain workshop safety standards
• Labour planning and cost management

Qualifications and experience:

• Production Management Diploma a must
• Engineering / technically trained
• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• A very strong manufacturing background preferably in a precision machining environment
• Hydraulic cylinder manufacture and repair would be a distinctive advantage
• A good working knowledge of hydraulic manufacturing and repairs
• Working knowledge of the OSHACT and ISO 9001
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs
