• To lead and manage production operations within the DC, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll champion Lean principles, build strong teams, and create a culture where continuous improvement is simply how we work.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Drive Operational Excellence

• Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and optimal workflow.
• Deliver against departmental KPIs while keeping a close eye on cost control.
• Embed Lean/Kaizen methodologies into day-to-day routines.

Elevate Processes

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs.
• Use data and insights to reduce downtime and boost throughput.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across the DC.

Lead & Grow People

• Coach and mentor supervisors and emerging talent.
• Build strong succession pipelines and high-performing teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development.

Champion Safety

• Ensure strict compliance with the OSH Act and internal safety standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and foster a zero-harm culture.
• Proactively manage and reduce safety risks.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma/Degree in Production/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or similar.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a production or warehouse environment, with proven leadership capability.

Solid working knowledge of:

• Lean principles and continuous improvement
• People leadership and team development
• Budget management and cost optimisation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
