Production Manager at Palm TV

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional engagement with various team heads to ensure process alignment

• Development of production budgets and schedules

• Recruitment of production crew

• Management of production schedules

• Liaison between production crew and producers

• Supplier engagement

• Approval of locations, equipment, and other necessary resources for production

• Obtain necessary approvals overall and risk assessment reports

• Supervise production teams including producers, technical team, video editors & creative.

• Supervise post-production process and outputs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of production experience

• Strong organizational and managerial skills

• Proven understanding of digital platforms is a MUST (Social Media, Podcasting, etc.)
