    Job Description

    • Faircape Health, a division of the Faircape Group, owns and manages six luxury lifestyle villages with state of the art and technologically advanced Healthcare Centres at each village.

    • We are seeking an experienced ENA (Day shift) our facility Noordhoek Manor in the Southern Suburbs to assist in our healthcare facility.

    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    Handover Responsibilities:

    • Participate in handover by verbally communicating resident observations and recording them in the handover book.
    • Act on reports from the previous shift during handover.

    Conduct regular observations and interventions based on ECP care plans, including:

    • Catheter care
    • Pressure care
    • Blood pressure monitoring
    • Intake and output monitoring

    Clinical Duties:

    ECP (Electronic Care Plan):

    • Log all actions according to the care plan in the ECP system.
    • Provide input to the Shift Leader for potential amendments to care plans.
    • Complete total intake and output charts at the end of each shift and record them in the ECP system.

    Administration and Reporting:

    • Manage and replenish nappy stock as needed.
    • Record all tasks accurately in the ECP system.
    • Ensure the handover book is completed thoroughly.
    • Report all duties and concerns to the Shift Leader promptly.

    Requirements 

    • Qualifications - Qualified and SANC registered as Nursing Auxiliary (ENA)
    • Experience and Knowledge – Experience in Neuro, Stroke, Orthopaedics, and Geriatrics, as well as experience within Sub Acute environments advantageous

    Sub-Acute Care & Rehabilitation Centre | Somerset West

    We are expanding our pool of Locum Doctors and inviting experienced medical professionals to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team.

    • Faircape Health Institute is extending our subacute care and rehabilitation services to Heritage Manor in Somerset West, providing restorative care for patients requiring short-term, long-term, dementia, respite, palliative, and rehabilitation-focused care within a secure and nurturing environment.
    • Working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment, our focus is on medical stability, rehabilitation progression, chronic disease management, and supporting patients on their journey from hospital to home.
    • We seek a clinically confident Locum Doctor to assist over weekends and during the week when operationally required. This role is best suited to a doctor comfortable managing medically complex rehabilitation and long-term care patients within a ward-based environment.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)

    Experience and Knowledge

    • 3 years + post-community service experience
    • Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or palliative care is beneficial.

    Portfolio Manager – Sectional Title & HOA

    The Opportunity

    • As a Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of sectional title and homeowners' association schemes, acting as the primary advisor to trustees while ensuring each scheme is professionally managed.
    • Supported by dedicated Legal, Finance, Maintenance, Procurement, Insurance and HR teams, you'll be able to focus on strategic portfolio management rather than day-to-day administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of Sectional Title and Homeowners' Association schemes
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with trustees, owners and key stakeholders
    • Prepare for and attend trustee meetings and Annual General Meetings (approximately 70% during office hours)
    • Prepare, review and distribute AGM and trustee meeting documentation
    • Ensure trustee resolutions and action items are implemented accurately and within agreed timeframes
    • Coordinate maintenance matters and service providers in collaboration with internal support departments
    • Oversee Body Corporate and HOA staff together with trustees
