    Job Description

    • A leading beverage manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Shift Millwright with strong experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance within a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment to join their team in Tulbagh, Western Cape.     Responsibilities:

    Outbound Technical Sales Representative

    Overview: 

    • The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business development while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling to deliver tailored UPS, inverter, battery, and backup power solutions that meet customer requirements.
    • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of power protection products, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets within technical environments.

    Sales and Business: 

    • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop a strong network within the commercial, IT, maintenance, and facilities sectors.
    • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.

    Junior Bookkeeper / Accountant

    • Hire Resolve is seeking a detailed, motivated Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant for a established corporate client based in the accounting sector. Reporting to the accounting department, this position focuses on core bookkeeping through to trial balance, processing payroll components, client liaison, and financial administration.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Full Bookkeeping Function: Process daily financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and ledgers through to trial balance.
    • Payroll & Statutory Administration: Assist with payroll processing, as well as handling UIF and WCA compliance and submissions.
    • Client Engagement & Documentation: Liaise with clients in both English and Afrikaans for document collection, financial queries, and ad-hoc meetings (predominantly office-based with local travel required).
