Production Technician at Dimension Data

You will work in close collaboration with other technicians to ensure efficient production processes are followed and produce high quality products. This role is best suited to those who like to follow instructions and keep track of their time efficiently whilst also being able to think creatively when needed.

Requirements

• Assists with testing and troubleshooting system malfunctions.
• Responsible for first line application support across client systems.
• Liaise with business and technical representatives to ensure highest quality outcomes.
• Perform defect logging and reporting.
• Must be willing to work on shift rotation.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in IT/Computing
• 2 - 3 years demonstrated work experience.
