A well-established organisation within the agricultural sector is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee the operational, financial, and governance functions of the organisation. This senior-level role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong financial management expertise, leadership ability, and experience within the agricultural, trust, or investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the organisation.
Oversee financial management, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.
Monitor investment portfolio performance and liaise with investment managers.
Coordinate trustee meetings, agendas, reports, and accurate meeting minutes.
Manage stakeholder, tenant, service provider, and industry relationships.
Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee property maintenance and outsourced projects.
Supervise support staff and manage HR-related administration.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, municipalities, and external stakeholders.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced National Diploma (NQF 7) in Accounting or Financial Management.
Minimum 5 years' experience within the agricultural or wool industry.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an Administrator, Trust Administration, or Company Administration role.
Strong financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience.
Excellent report writing and minute-taking skills.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management ability.
Exposure to investment management and financial markets is advantageous.
