Understand the clients design objectives and Guidelines.
Creation of Concept and detailed design presentations.
Present designs clearly and creatively to team project Managers and Clients as needed.
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes & flooring, etc. within a fixed budget as per the Corporate Design Guidelines and identity.
Technical documentation using computer applications and understanding of BIM Collaborate space.
Able to produce Packages that are easily signed off by Design Boards across different Business lines within aggressive SLA's.
Desired skills and experience for this
Qualification in Interior Design or related field.
Proven work experience in designing of interior spaces (advantage if these are corporate, and retail).
Portfolio of design work.
Computer – technology – program skills & proficiencies.
Space Planning.
Revit skills compulsory.
Awareness of BIM Modeling in design.
Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to learn new skills quickly; and to adapt to a new environment and operate effectively within a short space of time.
