Professional Nurse - Theatre at Joint Medical Holdings

PURPOSE OF POSITION

• To provide age-appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Must be able to practice within your scope of practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Must be competent with the Hospitals Policies and Regulations.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff.
• Attend to patient care.
• Attend to patients complaints.

COMPETENCIES (The following will be advantageous)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(Educational Qualifications & Experience)

• Must be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have a minimum or 2 years theatre experience.
• Must be prepared to do calls (Theatre Calls)
• Must be computer literate – MS Word & Excel
