    Professional Quantity Surveyor - Consulting Industry

    Requirements:

    • Bsc Hons Quantity Surveying degree
    • Registration as a PrQS
    • Proficient with the use of Dimx and WinQS
    • 10+ years’ experience in a PQS office
    • Experience with cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
    • Good working knowledge of JBCC and NEC
