    Program Test Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric and Degree in IT
    • International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) Certification; Test Manager Advanced Level, Project Management Diploma/Certification
    • 6 years' experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including experience in managing people in either development or testing environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the integrated testing strategy.
    • Acting as a Programme Test Manager in the successful delivery of functional and non-functional testing strategies on a mission critical system.
    • Managing highly integrated and complex multi-year programmes of work.
    • Manage system integration, acceptance, and market-facing testing activities.
    • Align testing methodologies with programme objectives, reducing risks of delays or quality issues.
    • Coordinating with vendors, market and multiple teams in an hybrid approach.
    • Successful implementation of test automation and DevOps strategies.
    • Advanced Azure DevOps experience an advantage.   
    • Advanced Scaled Agile experience an advantage.
