Project Administrator (5 Year Fixed Term Contract)
Project Management Certificate will be an advantage.
5 years’ experience in project administration.
Computer Literate – SAP Project System, Investment Management (Costing), Materials Management,CATS, Cost Centre Expenditure, Profit Centre Expenditure, MS Office.
Proven communication, strong influencing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Primary Duties
Assist Project Managers in the implementation of projects in the Section,
Undertake the creation of requisitions, contract payments, and receipt of goods in compliance with Rand Water’s policies
General project administrative functions, including SAP projects status updates plus PPM,
Assist Programme Manager in collation CAPEX information (budgets, forecasts & tracking),
Assist Programme Manager with OPEX and supplementary budget matters,
Compiling and maintaining the Assets Register for the Section,
Coordination and minute taking for Section and Station projects progress meetings,
Produce various reports including Job Creation status, .
Assist the Project Managers in updating electronic project files.
General project administrative functions, including SAP & PPM projects reports & status updates.
