Job Advert Summary

To define and manage projects based on business needs within the defined and agreed upon time, cost and quality deadlines to bring about change and create more efficient processes which adds value within the PnP Supply Chain environment.

Minimum Requirements

• BCOM Logistics / Degree in Quantitative Analytics / Operational Research / Industrial Engineering / Applied Mathematics
• 1-2 years Logistics or relevant Planning experience- preferred
• Mathematics in Matric
• Advanced Excel
• SAP, F&R and SQL & Access experience will be beneficial

Duties & Responsibilities

Source, analyse and integrate multiple data sources, processes and information in problem solving and conclusion generation Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and cost savings across the Supply Chain Conduct necessary training to facilitate implementation

• Apply cost effectiveness principles in planning and delivery
• Manage integration between different parties of different levels Understand organization dynamics Understand and improve on complex business processes
• Adopt a continuous improvement mentality for the enhancement of systems, processes & planning tools to keep these relevant, in a continuously changing environment.
• Manage own delivery against project delivery plan and set timelines, identify obstacles to delivery and take appropriate action where required
• Comply with project governance procedures
• Define the critical success factors and track progress against these factors.
• Adhere to project deadlines for all communication and/or changes of project timeously
• Complete all final project document Work to tight deadlines and many with many complex dependencies
• Work in cross-functional teams (Planning, Commercial, IT, Technical, Development, Operations)
• Build sustainable relationships Understand the needs of the clients
