Project Finance Administrator

• Financial Administration: Reconcile invoices with payments, process purchase orders, and monitor costs.
• Project Support: Create and maintain project portals and folders, update project lists, and collate documentation.
• Meeting Coordination: Assist with resource allocation and ensure proper project closure and archiving.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and MS Office Suite skills, SAP experience.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Education: Understanding of business and project processes, project management certifications or related work experience preferred.
