Job Description:
The role sits within the Johannesburg Finance & Projects team. The Finance and Projects team carries out a wide range of work focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors including project finance, PPP, front-end construction and sector-focused acquisitions and joint ventures in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Clients consist of a number of banks, development banks, government entities, construction companies, infrastructure asset owners/sponsors and developers. The opportunity includes the very best project finance work.

Candidate's Profile:

• Admitted Attorney (2017/2018)
• 2-3 years PQE
• Experience in banking and finance and project finance from a corporate law firm
• Preference will be given to EE/AA candidates.
