• This role is different from your traditional Project manager role. In the Dynamic Decisioning Project Management Office we are looking for someone help keep order by ensuring adherence to the organization’s project management practices and enhancing practices to make the team one that is a cut above the rest.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensures Adherence to the PDO frameworks which include internal audits of projects,
• ensuring accurate capture of time from teams logging against projects.
• Project onboarding in the area,
• Identifying and implementing operating procedures,
• Jira and confluence tool adoption and enhancement ways of working.
• Project office reporting
• Scorecard reviews and updates.
• Department Project KPI tracking and reporting.
• Release communications to Business stakeholders on the benefits of the projects landed for the month.

• Be unphased by Administration functions and find ways to automate.
• Use your years of project management experience to make processes better for project and programme managers
• Can do smart Reporting
• Always find ways of winning (Solution driven)
• Look at ways to optimize and track costs effectively

You will be an ideal candidate if you: 

• Have a B - Degree
• Have a P3O (Project, Programme and portfolio offices) certification
• 5-7 Project management experience
• Ability to negotiate and be assertive with people on all levels.
• JIRA and Confluence Tool experience
