Key Purpose Statement
- Supports key business strategic initiatives through the delivery of multi-disciplinary Commercialisation projects from concept to market launch.

Deliver Strategic Projects Successfully
- Lead and deliver multiple business-critical projects from initiation through closure, ensuring projects are completed within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Facilitate collaboration across commercial, supply chain, finance, marketing, HR, procurement, and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and execution plans.
Establish Effective Project Governance
- Implement robust project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and stage-gate reviews to ensure transparency, accountability, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Risks and Mitigate Issues
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation plans to minimise business disruption and protect project outcomes.
Optimise Resource Utilisation
- Coordinate and manage project resources effectively to maximise productivity, ensure timely execution, and support achievement of project milestones.
Drive Change Adoption
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management plans that ensure successful adoption and sustainability of project deliverables.
Deliver Financial and Operational Value
- Monitor project budgets and expenditure, ensuring cost-effective execution while delivering measurable business benefits, efficiencies, and return on investment.
Generate Actionable Business Insights
- Utilise project data, performance metrics, and analytical insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure Effective Project Closure
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, document best practices, and ensure successful handover and benefits tracking.
Support Strategic Business Growth
- Lead projects that contribute directly to business growth, operational excellence, innovation, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
- 4-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Commercial experience within an FMCG environment, and 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
- Advanced proficiency using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and Project Management methods and techniques.
- Project Management accreditation would be a distinct advantage (CAPM or PMP is preferable).
- Bachelor's Degree in Commercial, Marketing or Supply Chain.
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
