Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from start through to completion. This role at an organisation and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Designing and signing off on contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Providing regular and constructive feedback

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Relevant tertiary Degree or diploma (Finance, management etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Big-picture thinking and vision.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous financial exposure advantageous
• Previous bank integration exposure advantageous
• Previous collections exposure advantageous
• Business acumen
• IT Savy
• Advanced MS office exposure
