Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our compliance and regulatory reform projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on compliance, Jibar projects and Regulatory reforms. While a legal background is not a prerequisite for this role, it would be advantageous, as the position demands a robust understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to manage complex project effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage compliance projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies
• Oversee Jibar-related projects, coordinating with financial teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Experience with regulatory reform initiatives, implementing changes and ensuring alignment with industry regulations
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables
• Establish and maintain project governance, managing risks, dependencies and reporting on project progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage and lead the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring team members are motivated and equipped for high quality output and to achieve project goals
• Manage project resources, including budgeting and team allocation
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, law or related field
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PMI) is preferred
• Proven experience in managing compliance and regulatory reform projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
