    • We're looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to join our Wholesale team. If you enjoy working with products, systems and data, and like being the person who makes sure everything is right, this is for you.

    Responsibilities
    What your role looks like

    • You'll be responsible for the accuracy and quality of Edison Stone's wholesale catalogue and product information across our systems and retail platforms. That covers two things: listing new products from our brands, and keeping existing product information up to date. This includes specs, technical details, imagery, pricing and warranties.
    • You'll be the link between Edison Stone, our brands and our retail partners. It will be your job to make sure retailers receive everything they need to create high-quality product listings. Before anything is uploaded or shared, you'll do the first quality check on content, images, specifications and costings.     • You'll work closely with our Key Account Managers, Planning Analysts, Sales Administrators and Sourcing team. This isn't a purely administrative role.     • You’ll also look after day-to-day product compliance, including collecting, checking and maintaining certificates, test reports, approvals, permits, and packaging and labelling information provided by our brands. You’ll keep records accurate and up to date, follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements, and flag any missing information to the Sourcing and Wholesale teams. You’ll ensure products have the necessary compliance in place before importation and going to market.

    • Responsible for leading and guiding Style Studio’s Administration team in efficiently managing the online store’s sample flow and image administration, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity. The Style Shoot team is supported by ensuring the reporting system is accurate and is producing images six weeks in advance. The Traffic Lead works with various business stakeholders to ensure that all product information, both outside and inside the studio, is accurately captured and reported to maintain the required timeline for the workflow.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of administrators and production stakeholders to foster collaboration and cultivate a positive work environment that embodies Mr. Price’s values.
    • Facilitating a swift and efficient administration of samples and images, ensuring that the team meets the required SLA.
    • Participate in routine production reviews: Provide regular reports, track sample flow inconsistencies, and ensure the administration team is adhering to deadlines. 
    • Establish and oversee deadlines by developing a production plan for their direct reports. 
    • Liaise with the E-retail team to ensure that the administration team are meeting upload deadlines.
    • Provide Regular Updates to Merchants: Consistently inform merchants of item statuses in the studio, aligning with business needs and timelines using a weekly and daily reporting system if necessary.
    • Manage merchant relationships to ensure effective and timely sample image administration delivery.
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance the reporting process to improve workflow and communication.
    • Quantifying progress in reports to update the studio manager on production status and potential risks to the deadline.
    • Accountable for timely delivery of deadlines to all stakeholders. Coordinating with the studio lead to clarifying targets and deadlines, ensuring the team remains on track with all administrative tasks to meet targets in advance.
    • Work closely with essential stakeholders and merchant teams to guarantee the effective handling of samples with the studio. 
    • Accountable for managing the sample intake process from QA, prioritizing image handling, and ensuring that the organization meets production deadlines and targets. 
    • Guide the team on sample flow management using the "On the Dot" report, maintaining weekly progress records. 
    • Facilitate communication between retouches and administration to manage the business's product lifecycle report.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma - NQF Level 6
    • 3-4 years’ experience
    • Ms office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, word), efocus, Fashion, Retail, Ecommerce, Merchant Process, Project management software, Understanding of studio operations and Stock flow Administration.

    • Mr Price Money is seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its Telco business. The role is responsible for financial performance, internal controls, reporting and commercial business partnering across the business. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. This role requires strong telecommunications experience, including exposure to MVNO and MNO business models.

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

    • Partner with the Telco leadership team to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
    • Provide financial insight on key commercial initiatives and growth opportunities.

    Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Modelling

    • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario modelling.
