    Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

    PURPOSE

    • Lead and direct projects within our Microsoft Dynamics team.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Project Manager has the accountability to lead and direct a project in such a manner that will ensure the project goals and objectives are achieved within the constraint of quality, cost, time & scope

    Scope Management:

    • The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that project activities identified in the scope of work / Project Plan and that were agreed upon with the client are actioned, using allocated resources within budget and deadlines determined by the scope, project plan and schedule.

    Client Management:

    • The Project Manager should be able to manage the expectations of the client, resolve issues and conflicts while ensuring the meeting of milestones / deliverables.

    Time Management:

    • It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to successfully deliver the project within the indicated / approved timeframe. If any time changes – proper change request process to be followed.

    Budget Management:

    • It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to maintain / update a project budget vs actual. The Project Manager will communicate project cost and status information to the internal project sponsor / director and the project office.  

    Communication Management:

    • Proper communication to the Internal & external stakeholders

    Risks Management:

    • The Project Manager must convey risk information on projects to AccTech Executive Management team and highlight the possible impact of the risk. It will be expected from the project manager to do adhoc project management tasks. (This will be confirmed / discussed by the Business Unit Manager.

    • Excellent Organisation & Time Management skills
    • Good Interpersonal relationships
    • It will be expected for an employee to travel

    • Relevant Project management Qualification

    EXPERIENCE

    • MS Dynamics Experience and Knowledge (Required)
    • Project Management Hands on Experience
    • Experience in chair of meetings
    • Administrative abilities
    • Proven Organisation Skills
    • Computer Skills & knowledge of Relevant software
