Project Manager, PDS Projects at JLL

Responsibilities:

• Creation of high-quality, realistic 3D models, textures, and renderings using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
• Proficiency in modeling-specific tools such as iToo Railclone.
• Collaboration with design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Use of lighting, shading, and other visual elements to enhance the realism of 3D models.
• Optimization of 3D models for performance and application requirements.
• Keeping up with industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs.
• Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years' experience as a 3D Artist or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Strong technical skills in 3D visualization, texturing, and rendering.
• Knowledge of modeling-specific tools such as iToo Railclone.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design principles and workflows.
• Solid understanding of lighting, shading, and material properties.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D visualization.
