Project Manager / Scrum Master 

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are planned, managed, and delivered within allowed time frame and budget according to Agile development methodology.

Key Accountabilities

• Enable and encourage development teams by building and motivating team members to meet sprint goals, adhering to their responsibilities and delivering quality solutions. Training, coaching and guidance to teams internal and external in the use of agile practices and to support product owners.
• Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews including demos, and retrospectives for each project.
• Manage all aspects of projects across development teams to ensure that all projects are aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Create and maintain timely reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
• Be able to measure and report success in achieving sprint goals. (burn up, burn down or other agreed-upon metrics). Setup tools that help the team with daily work and for managing team activities. Also measured by how well these items are communicated to interested stakeholders.
• Weekly checking and authorising of timesheets. Experience in Harvest will be an advantage. 
• Project management and coordination of projects on time, within scope and budget through close collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Reporting to management with standardised project health and status updates on projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience within an Agile development environment as a Project Manager / Scrum Master.
• Must have in-depth understanding of all the Agile roles & principles in order to work well together with the team and stakeholders.
• Experience in roles of Business analyst, Product owner will be to your advantage
• University degree, college diploma in the Field of Project Management
• Qualification PMBOK, PRINCE2 or experience working in a PMO will be to your advantage.
• Valid Certified Agile Scrum Master will be advantage.
• Experienced in the following technologies:
• Jira, Confluence.
• Azure boards (Part of Azure DevOps).
• A solid understanding of Kanban board and recognised ticketing systems to manage projects.
• Scrum reporting, Scrum rituals.
