About the Role

• The organisation is rolling out new core banking capabilities to support its correspondent banking division.
• As the Technical Project Manager, you’ll coordinate group-wide technology projects, ensuring seamless execution, transparent communication, and measurable outcomes for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery: Remove obstacles, align stakeholders, and maintain momentum to ensure milestones are met.
• Understand business needs: Analyse requirements and identify multiple pathways to success, progressing them in parallel to maximise speed.
• Technical reasoning: Build working knowledge of the company’s tech stack, collaborate closely with engineers, and help spot challenges and opportunities.
• Agile project management: Maintain a structured backlog, prioritise effectively, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver in the right order.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, payments, or middle-office banking systems.
• Degree in finance, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent technical field.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
