Project Manager- Transformation at PepsiCo

• Project governance to ensure clarity of scope, optimal resource allocation, budgetary discipline and overall risk management
• Meeting governance to ensure cadence, communication and timeous execution
• Reporting on key metrics (timelines, resource, budget, risk) to facilitate escalations and trade-offs
• Facilitating pipeline build of future projects to enable robust business planning
• Upskilling project team members in the basics of project governance and execution to build capability

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience with at least 2 years at a mid-senior level
• Experience in project management in highly cross-functional environment
• Proficient MS Project or other project management software
• Proficent MS Office
• Proficient MS Teams and Sharepoint
• Demonstrated financial and budgeting experience
• FMCG experience preferred
• Communication and influencing skills – at multiple organization levels
• Bachelor’s degree or studying towards a commercial qualification
• Project management qualification
