SUMMARY OF KEY JOB OUTPUTS / KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’S):

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Identify, mitigate and manage project risks.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and product owners.
• Develop, maintain and manage delivery of user stories to support product roadmap.
• Effective Stakeholder Communication and Project Reporting

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Relevant Qualification for managing projects within software development industry.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Business analysis or product owner experience is a significant plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 2 years of relevant software development project management
• Jira and MS Project (or equivalent system)

• IT / Engineering degree/diploma
