Requirements
Matric
A short course or certification in Programme or Project Administration
5 - 8 years experience in Programme/Project Administration
Computer literacy especially in the MS Office Products and advanced knowledge of MS Project
High level of written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across programme projects.
Compile and maintain essential project documentation, including project charters, business cases, project plans, and change requests in line with PMO standards.
Collate, manage, and distribute project reports and updates to ensure stakeholders are consistently informed.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to support clear communication and alignment.
Update and monitor project schedules, flagging deviations and supporting planning adjustments as needed.
Maintain an organised project repository, ensuring information is accessible and audit-ready.
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
Maintain logs for lessons learned, risks, issues, and actions to support proactive project management.
Support ongoing project activity in the absence of the Project Manager to ensure continuity.
Assist with financial tracking including invoice processing, liaising with vendors, and coordinating with IT finance teams.
Support resource allocation and onboarding processes as required.
