We are looking for an enthusiastic Promoter to represent our company and support our marketing and sales efforts. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating sales leads, and engaging with potential customers through various promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and promote products or services to potential customers.
Distribute samples, brochures, or flyers to create brand awareness.
Set up and maintain promotional booths or displays in malls, events, or retail locations.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain product features and benefits to influence buying decisions.
Collect feedback from customers and report insights to the marketing team.
Track and report on promotional campaign results and customer engagement.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with current promotions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a promoter, brand ambassador, or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
