Promotions Coordinator at Shimansky

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the Shimansky Brand on a daily basis. You will be a key contributor to the brand, and responsible for respresenting the brand at hotels, guest houses and major tourism events. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Interaction with clients and sales team members
• Lead client correspondence
• Representing the brand on a professional and ethical manner
• Promote the brand within the industry, especially in the hospitality industry
• Utilise product knowledge to promote the brand
• Demonstrate a high level of contribution in working with others to make the team successful in achieving sales targets
• Organising functions and PR opportunities to enhance business exposure
• Develop and maintain relationship with tour guides, and tour operators for referral purposes

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Marketing related tertiary qualification advantageous
• 0-1 Years’ previous customer service and sales experience
• Must have an unendorsed valid South African driver’s license and own vehicle
