    Property Administrator - Residential

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Property Administrator who specializes in Residential properties.

    The duties include:

    • Lease Management
    • Tenant Relations
    • Compliance and reporting
    • Financial Admin
    • Operational support
    • Packages worked on are Novtel, Sage Evolution and TPN
    • Must have 3+ years experience in Property admin with a strong focus on residential
    • Must live in or in close proximity to Parktown JHB
    • Drivers license and own vehicle essential
    • Matric
