    PRP Administrator

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To control variances highlighted by the PRP system, to ultimately reduce wage costs year on year. To highlight through analysis via weekly and monthly reporting any variances, anomalies and non-compliance that require corrective action.

    MAIN OUTPUTS
    New Contracts:

    • Loading buildings
    • Granting access to users
    • Linking area and OPS
    • Create shift plan
    • Linking employees to correct team and shift
    • Arranging installation of devices

    Cancelled contracts:

    • Arrange device to be removed and returned to relevant regions, or warehoused for re-purpose
    • Building to be de-activated on PRP

    Maintaining:

    • On-going shift corrections
    • On-going building corrections
    • On-going employee corrections
    • Adding and removing users

    Daily checking:

    • Exception status on roster and status
    • Shift hours in line with costing hours
    • Report 107.7 – Hours calculated
    • Report 110 – Status Exception
    • Report 161 -Ad Hoc payments
    • Report 164 – Hours worked, when resource placed
    • Report 327.7 – User login
    • Report 507 – Operations dashboard

    Weekly Reporting:

    • Report 110 – status exception report to be sent to Ops, managers, regional wage admin & GM’s
    • Report 107.7 – status report to be sent to Ops managers, regional wage admin & GM’s
    • Report 164 – Hours worked to be sent to Ops managers, RI”s

    General:

    • On-going training to operations managers, wage admin, GM’s and ME’s. Identify training needs and conduct
    • Assisting to resolve queries
    • On-going meeting with PRP to improve systems, communication and compliance
    • Reduce year on year the reliance on PRP in order to mitigate costs
    • Assisting Operations Teams and wage administrators with daily queries
    • Adhere to company policies
    • Effective communication at all levels
    • Implementation and upgrade of existing system and controls

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

    • National Diploma / Degree in Finance / Financial Accounting
    • Matric (Senior Certificate)
    • Valid SA Driver’s License
    • 3yrs relevant experience
    • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
