MINIMUM - COMPETENCIES

• Strong supervisory skills. Good planning and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation. Computer literacy (MS Office). Good communication, report writing, and facilitation skills. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 plus a Masters qualification (NQF 9) as recognised by SAQA in Psychology. complete an approved internship, and register with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). 
• 3 years’ experience in an Employee Health and Wellness environment.

DUTIES

• Provide Psychological support to the employees, Develop and implement employee health and wellness strategies and programmes.
• Compile content for Healthy lifestyle awareness information. Administration of the unit and render EHW technical support to districts.
