QA Supervisor - Benoni at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Understanding of relevant environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Good understanding of the company’s quality management system.
• Vast knowledge and skills in asphalt, aggregate, specialised testing and binder technology required.
• Be able to address and resolve quality issues.
• Knowledge of updating and maintaining standard operating procedures for laboratory processes.
• Lead lab team and ensure results are inspected and processed as per QMS.
• Knowledge of SANAS 17025 standards and be able to demonstrate adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric or equivalent
• National Diploma in Civil, chemistry, materials science is advantageous.
• At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in a supervisory role in asphalt and bituminous industry.
• Evidence of experience gained with a leadership position held in the laboratory environment.
