This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality compliance across laboratory, production, and packaging processes, with a strong focus on packaging integrity and artwork accuracy.
Reporting to the QC Manager, you will supervise QC operations, enforce GMP and ISO standards, and ensure that all packaging materials, including printed components, meet approved specifications prior to release.
The role requires strong technical oversight, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage quality risks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology or related
Minimum 5 years’ laboratory experience within cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Proven supervisory experience within a QC environment
Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22716
Experience in packaging quality control would be an advantage but NOT essential
HPLC experience advantageous
Syspro or similar ERP exposure preferred
Role Profile
Oversee QC processes across raw materials, bulk, packaging and finished goods
Review and approve packaging artwork and printed materials prior to release
Manage BOMs, specifications and item codes
Investigate non-conformances including packaging defects
Supervise QC team and ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards
