    QoS and Optimization Engineer

     

    Job Description

    • AMARIS Consulting is looking for a talented QoS and Optimization Engineer to join our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Improve our methods for optimizing 2G/3G/4G/5G QOS ZTE
    • Analysis of KPI's Drive Test
    • Analysis of KPI's customer complaints
    • Optimization of antenna designs (Tilts, Azimuth, HMA)
    • Optimization of neighborhood relations
    • Optimization of frequency bands based on interference analyzes
    • Recommendation of evolution of radio parameters to remedy the degradations
    • Design and planification
    • Anticipate the optimization methods to be implemented in conjunction with our technical department
    • Troubleshoot the traces of mobiles in the field to explain the degradations observed
    • Maintain a technological watch on air interface collection methods
    • Manage 2 to 3 service providers to carry out all the subjects of the Expertise pole on ZTE

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years on ZTE Projects.
    • High skills on ZTE Tools
    • Fluent English
    • Location: Morocco
