Qualified Millwright: Marble Hall, Limpopo at FS Personnel Recruitment

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Matric
• Qualified Millwright (Red Seal certificate)
• Experience in a FMCG Production environment
• Minimum of 3 years of Millwright experience
• Experience working on Latch Machines is beneficial

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment, including alignment, levelling, and calibration.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installation and repairs.
• Fabricate and assemble machine components, including welding, cutting, and machining where required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, tradespeople, and management on maintenance and installation projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and work completed.
• Train and mentor apprentices or junior staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use.
• Stay updated with industry developments to improve skills and operational efficiency.
