Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
• Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence
• Proof of qualification as a Motor Technician (Mahindra experience will be an advantage)
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Demonstrated competency in technical skills and practical assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with effective time management skills
• Solid knowledge of fault-finding techniques and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
• Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Conduct thorough work preparation and perform accurate fault diagnosis on vehicles
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications
• Execute final inspections and functional tests to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Compile and prepare detailed reports for vehicle hand-over to clients
• Uphold Volkswagen’s Standards of Excellence by maintaining the highest levels of quality and workmanship
