Assures preparation and maintenance of all the certifications related to quality: standard Group certifications (related to ISO 9000 audit, ISO9001 and FSSC22000), sustainability (RSPO, UTZ) and verification programs (3MCPD), Ethic certifications (Kosher, Badatz, Halal), certifications required by clients (IFS, McDonald, Costco, etc.) or local authorities.
Guarantees the planning and management of internal audit follow up and improvement action plans related to both Group Quality and Plant (Plant and related warehouses
Follows, for quality aspects, all the external companies that have an impact on plan
Assist PQM with the preparation of the Quality programs budget
Conducts trainings and ensures record keeping for Plant team and contractors
Guarantees training Plant internal auditorsTake part in the production meetings presenting the analysis arising from the monitoring of the performances.
Support PQM team and Plant team in case of anomalies identified along the process and related to Food Safety and /or Quality Systems
In case of issues or anomalies, cooperates along with the PQM, to determine and implementing corrective actions to avoid that the same issues continue to appear
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a food safety role within the food industry.
Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing environment
Educational background in Food Safety/Microbiology/Food Science or related field
Knowledge of Food Safety programs and GMP’s
Knowledge of ISO Standards – ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000
Internal auditing experience
Ability to conduct presentations and training sessions
