• We're looking for a dynamic Quantitative Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking data and analytics team. In this role, you'll design and deliver analytical and risk-pricing solutions that empower better decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support pricing and risk management models.
• Analyse and construct complex financial models including product pricing, curve stripping, and scenario analysis.
• Identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Analyse, test, and troubleshoot systems and processes related to pricing and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to suggest enhancements to current systems and processes.
• Evaluate the fit of systems for business needs and lead integration activities with service providers.
• Measure the success of implementations by tracking business benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Finance or a similar quantitative field (Postgrad preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a quantitative, risk, or business analysis environment.
• Proficiency in designing and configuring integrated systems and solutions.
• Experience in SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with the trade lifecycle and multiple asset classes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data models and business process design.
