Quantity Surveyor at Lexdan Select

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in civil works and earthmoving projects.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in estimating & budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost estimations for civil works projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate cost-related activities, working closely with project managers and engineers to track expenses and variations.
• Prepare pricing for jobs, and monitor cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and validate costs against budgets.
