The benefits of being on the Quants Graduate Programme

• A banking boot camp. This is an induction programme in the first month of working for Nedbank. It aims to sculpt you into a more professional individual and accelerate your transition from a student to a professional. You will attend workshops where you will learn negotiation and presentation skills and report writing, and learn how to make a professional impression.
