• Exceed sales targets in new, used, rental and SEM.
• Grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base.
• Provide total solutions offering to customers.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Territory planning, business planning and development skills.
• Sound technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment and accessories. (CAT specific product knowledge will be advantageous)
• Knowledge of CRM tools will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of MS office.
• B. Tech sales / marketing diploma or equivalent.
• Communication and facilitation skills.
• Basic financial acumen.
• Experience in technical sales role.
