    What's the deal?

    • You form part of a dynamic team when you start
    • The team is incentivised with profit share for the business unit you form part of
    • As an agent you have the ability to earn up to 60% of the sales commission from every sale you make
    • Earn off bonds which are originated off the sales you make on top of the sales commission
    • Incentives to bring other good team members onboard
    • Bridging finance for leaner months or where an agent would like to access commission before transfer
    • Earn 33% - 60% commission from private treaty deals
    • Earn 33% commission from any inhouse bond originator referrals
    • You get 25% commission from auction deals as well as rental referral deals
    • Share in the business unit’s profit share (up to 5% of the revenue generated)
    • Earn 10% on referral business
    • Sign-on bonus available
    • Recoverable from the first 6 sales
    • Non-recoverable if the agent concludes 3 unsuspensive deals by the of the 4th month from when they started
    • Agents are paid commission within 48 hours of money landing in Leadhome’s bank account

    Requirements

    • EEAB registered (beneficial if full status)
    • NQF Level 4 or PDE beneficial
    • Experience as a real estate agent is beneficial
    • Tech savvy
    • Driven to exceed customer expectations
    • Driver’s license and own vehicle

    • If selected, you’ll be invited for a further online interview with Leadhome
