    Product Marketing Manager

    As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a dynamic marketing strategy alongside the Head of Brand Experience. Your focus will be on creating compelling omni-channel campaigns + experiences and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Developing tactical brand and communication strategies and battle plans to reinforce brand position in the market, increase adoption and cultivate advocacy.
    • Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns with meticulous attention to detail, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Translating strategic insights and new feature releases into actionable go-to-market campaigns aimed at expanding product adoption across multiple channels.
    • Coordinating closely with our PR agency and social team to execute impactful events, influencer programs, and press releases.
    • Oversee and coordinate implementation of the marketing calendar, providing proactive updates on status.
    • Working closely with channel owners to grow and maximise our owned channel reach, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
    • Aligning closely with product and content teams to synchronise releases and campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
    • Manage branded omni-channel touchpoints, including packaging, in-store collateral, and fleet branding.
    • Conducting comprehensive reporting to measure campaign efficiency and commercial success.
    • Managing budgets and resource allocation to optimise ROI
    • Acting as a brand guardian to ensure all communications adhere to the brand style guide and tone/position

    WHO YOU ARE:

    This job is for you is you have: 

    • Degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy/Communication or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in developing brand strategies or similar fields.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Background in omni-channel retail is advantageous.
    • Deep understanding of various marketing/media channels and their strategic implications.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
    • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

    One or more of the following will help you stand out:

    • Experience in any report building from raw data.
    • Knowledge of  advanced martech platform(s).

    Supply Chain Analyst

     As a Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible for analysing and optimising the end-to-end supply chain operations within Order Fulfilment, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.

    Through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving informed decision-making, inventory management, demand forecasting, and partner relationships, ultimately fostering a more agile, responsive, and cost-effective supply chain to support the growth and success of our e-commerce operations.

    We’re looking for curious and resourceful analysts who have a keen interest in both business and technology.

    WHAT YOU HAVE:

    This job is for you if you have:

    • 5-7 years’ in similar role, ideally in a retail environment
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R) to analyse large datasets, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, operations, logistics, and network design.
    • 7 years’ experience data management
    • Strong skills in statistical analysis and programming (Python, R, SQL), with a preference for machine learning expertise.
    • In-depth understanding of supply chain analytics, including areas like inventory management, transportation, and network optimization.
    • Proficiency in multi-objective optimisation and linear programming, adept at data visualization (using tools like Seaborn or ggplot), and solid problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to collaborate with various departments, such as finance, logistics, and business development, to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals
    • Ability to analyse complex supply chain data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Skill in resolving supply chain challenges, such as disruptions, delays, and capacity constraints, to ensure continuity of operations.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, demand fluctuations, and emerging trends in the e-commerce industry.
    • Understanding of key forecast accuracy metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of demand forecasting strategies.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

    • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements, and create comprehensive reports for informed decision-making.
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain process; propose and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and speed.
    • Evaluate supply chain costs, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement, and develop strategies to optimise expenses without compromising quality or service.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations and regularly track and analyse them to monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Leverage supply chain management systems and tools to automate processes, improve visibility, and enhance decision-making accuracy.
    • To analyse and forecast business growth plans against capacities and capabilities within the network to ensure the supply chain can meet demand spikes and seasonal fluctuations.
    • Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to optimise inventory levels and meet customer demands efficiently.
    • To effectively communicate supply chain insights, recommendations, and challenges to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
