Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a receptionist/PA
• Matric
• Qualification in administration will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Operating switchboard.
• Greeting clients and summoning the correct individual to meet with them.
• Maintaining of the reception area.
• Booking of boardrooms for partners,managers and employees.
• Handling of all outgoing and incoming mail, parcels and documents.
• Ensuring that partners and clients diaries are coordinated.
• Travel & accommodation bookings.
