• Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Receptionist to deliver exceptional front-of-house services and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Maintain meeting rooms, manage consumables, and coordinate soft services to enhance the workplace experience. 

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Provide a courteous and professional reception service.
• Manage meeting rooms and common areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Handle client queries and escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate with service providers for cleaning and hygiene services.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

Skills and Competencies    

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12 or tertiary qualification in Hospitality.
• 4–5 years’ experience in front-of-house or customer service roles.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
