Recovery Agent (VAF) at LGR Incorporated

We require a skilled Recoveries Agent with banking experience specific to Vehicle Asset Finance collections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and adhering to regulatory compliance standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• 2 years minimum experience collecting for Banks. (Vehicle asset).
• Excalibur program experience.
• Willingness to work overtime.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience collecting on Vehicle Asset portfolios.
• CACS system exposure.
• Experience on post write-off/off balance/shortfall accounts will be advantageous.
• Proficient at handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Comfortable working on both manual and predictive dialler.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Seeking fast learning, hardworking, self-motivated candidate.
• Excellent phone etiquette and fair drafting skills (for purposes of making proper notes and communicating with debtors).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Work with strict deadlines.
