As a Recruitment Administrator, your responsibility is to support the recruitment process within the organization and to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and post job vacancies across multiple platforms
Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
Building pipelines for various roles
Conduct background checks on potential candidates including employment references, criminal checks and verification of qualifications
Coordinate assessments
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with availability and logistics
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status, interview schedules, and any necessary follow-up actions
Keep accurate records of candidate information, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics using the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated tools
Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and gather feedback on candidates
Process IT request forms for new starters for laptops or other equipment required for their role
Work with the IT department to provide forecasts for expected hires, identifying the number of laptops and other IT equipment required for new starters
Coordinate medical check-ups for new starters as part of the onboarding process
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, proposing and implementing solutions as needed
Minimum requirements:
A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in a recruitment environment
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Placement Partner experience would be an advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders
