    Internal Senior Recruitment Consultant

    • The Internal Senior Recruitment Consultant will contribute to the Talent Acquisition Departments recruitment efforts. The group is in the Mining and Manufacturing industry. The purpose of the role would be to focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for a range of roles within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including technical, operational, and administrative roles
    • Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and attract top talent in the industry
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job description
    • Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, interviews and background checks
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
    • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes and keep all Trackers up to date
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process

    Minimum requirements:

    • Minimum 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn. Pnet, Executive Placement and search techniques)
    • In-depth understanding of the mining/ manufacturing sector preferred
    • High level of discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Recruitment Administrator

    • As a Recruitment Administrator, your responsibility is to support the recruitment process within the organization and to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and post job vacancies across multiple platforms   
    • Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
    • Building pipelines for various roles
    • Conduct background checks on potential candidates including employment references, criminal checks and verification of qualifications
    • Coordinate assessments
    • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with availability and logistics
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status, interview schedules, and any necessary follow-up actions
    • Keep accurate records of candidate information, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics using the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated tools
    • Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and gather feedback on candidates
    • Process IT request forms for new starters for laptops or other equipment required for their role
    • Work with the IT department to provide forecasts for expected hires, identifying the number of laptops and other IT equipment required for new starters
    • Coordinate medical check-ups for new starters as part of the onboarding process
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, proposing and implementing solutions as needed

    Minimum requirements:

    • A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • Previous experience in a recruitment environment
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Placement Partner experience would be an advantage
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders
