Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

- Ensuring the optimal performance of Sage X3 systems and add-on products
- Upgrading and configuring Sage X3 for optimized integration
- Building custom reports and dashboard for end-users
- Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring the system.
- Planning and executing a strategy to maintain business system.
- Ensuring that all system workflows, and configurations are made in a timely manner to
- minimize any disruptions to business operations.
- Training and supporting the end-users on the correct use of the system software.
