    Business Systems Administrator

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent, required.
    • South African Citizenship.
    • 5+ years’ experience in system administration or database.
    • Extensive experience required working with Sage X3.
    • A Sage X3 certified consultant qualification will be considered as beneficial.
    • Experience presenting to senior staff in mid-size companies (50+ employees)
    • Experience in a business environment such as Accounting, Distribution, and

    • Planning and executing a strategy to maintain business system.
    • Ensuring that all system workflows, and configurations are made in a timely manner to
    • minimize any disruptions to business operations.
    • Training and supporting the end-users on the correct use of the system software.

    Gradings Clerk

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • Valid driver’s license an advantage.
    • Experience working at a remote mining site and in cross-cultural work environment.
    • Good knowledge of test done in the lab according to the SANS 3001 testing method.
    • Must be able to interpret results as per COTO specifications.
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work safely in fast paced environment.
    • Must be able to function independently.
    • Must be able to report on the test method completed and explain the results obtained.

    Duties and Responsibilities (not limited not):

    • Follow all health and Safety rules.
    • Collect and prepare samples.

    • Temperature, grades moisture content and quantities inspection.
    • Report any irregular findings to superiors.

    Minimum Qualification / Experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in aggregates/ready-mix concrete industry

    GCC (Government Certified Competency) Engineer

    Minimum Qualification / Experience / Skills:

    • Mining Government Certified Competency (not negotiable)
    • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
    • Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Degree or Diploma

    • A minimum of five years’ management experience within a mining environment.
    • Knowledge and experience of maintenance planning and cost centre control.

    Minimum Qualification / Experience / Skills:

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • A technical/engineering qualification
    • Rock breaking certification would be advantageous
    • 8 years’ + operational experience, including a proven track record in managing multifunctional teams.

    Mining Foreman

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

    • NQF level 5 qualification
    • Blasting ticket for surface mines
    • 5+ years' mining operations or a similar operation.
    • Experience supervising and managing operations activities and staff.
    • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours, during emergencies and planned overtime.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
